The Little Summer House
The Little Summer House is a charming eco-gite labeled 4 ears by the Gîtes de France. It is located 14, rue de la vieille halle in Landreville (Aube).
The cottage sleeps up to 6 people. It has 2 bedrooms with a double bed (200x200 cm + 160x200 cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (2 x 90x200 cm).
The cottage is also equipped to accommodate a toddler (cot with bars and highchair available).
The cottage is no smoking and pets are not allowed.
Prices
From January to May and from October to December :
- for one week from Saturday to Saturday : 650 euros
- per night (with a minimum of 3 nights) : 93 euros

From June to September (accessible swimming pool) :
- for one week from Saturday to Saturday : 840 euros
- per night (with a minimum of 3 nights) : 120 euros

For extended stays of more than two weeks : 30 % discount
Additional charges
During the cold season, the house is heated by a pellet stove.
Additional costs for the heating: 8 euros / bag 15 kg of pellets (2 bags / day in winter; 1 bag / day Halloween or Easter for example).
A security deposit of EUR 300, payable by check or cash, is due upon the arrival. This deposit will be refunded after inventory before the departure.
We recommend to tenants to bring their own sheets and towels with them. If necessary, a rental service for sheets or towels can be arranged.
Sheets rental : 10 euros / single bed ; 12 euros/ double bed
Toilet linen rental : 5 euros / person
At the departure, the gite must be cleaned with water (downstairs and bathroom) and with the vacuum cleaner (bedrooms).
